Terms of Use and Online Sales

These terms apply to purchases from S.M. TECHSTORE SUPPLIES through techstorecy.com. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you accept the terms in force at the time of the order. Mandatory consumer rights under Cyprus and EU law are not restricted.
Products, prices and orders
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Product descriptions, images and availability are maintained with reasonable care. If an item is unavailable or an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected item and refund any amount paid.
An order is an offer to purchase. The contract is completed when we accept the order and send confirmation or begin fulfilment. Payment may be made by card, bank transfer or at the store where available.
Cancellation before dispatch
To request cancellation before dispatch, contact us immediately on 96330744 or at smtechstore1@gmail.com. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.
14-day right of withdrawal
For eligible online purchases, consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods. Send a clear statement by email, phone or post before the deadline. The withdrawal form is optional.
Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. The customer pays the direct return cost unless otherwise agreed or the item is faulty. We refund eligible payments, including the basic outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of the notice; we may wait until the goods or proof of return is received. Extra express-delivery costs are not refundable. The customer is responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Withdrawal exclusions
- Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after unsealing.
- Sealed software, audio or video products after unsealing.
- Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Other exclusions provided by law.
Faulty products and legal guarantee
Withdrawal is different from your rights when goods are faulty or not as described. New goods carry the statutory two-year legal guarantee from delivery. Depending on the case, the customer may be entitled to free repair or replacement, price reduction or refund. A serious lack of conformity identified within 30 days may provide additional rights under applicable law.
Contact us with the order or invoice number, product details, description of the issue and, where helpful, photographs. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs and consumables depleted through normal use are not defects. Any commercial manufacturer's warranty is additional to the legal guarantee.
Compatible inks and consumables
Compatibility is assessed using the printer model and product code. Problems caused by incorrect selection, installation, storage or printer condition are not manufacturing defects. This does not limit statutory rights where a consumable is genuinely defective.
